What samples are needed?
For this screen, a blood and urine sample are required. No uncomfortable or embarrassing swabs will need to be taken, and there are no fasting requirements. Please ensure that you can produce a urine sample during your appointment.
How will I get my results?
You can track the progress of your results online in your secure Patient Area. Your results will be uploaded here as soon as they are reported from the laboratory. Only you will have access to this area using your unique PIN number. A member of our dedicated Patient Services team will also contact you by SMS or email when all your results are ready.
What if I test positive?
Do not worry; we will help you with the next steps. If you would like to speak to a doctor, we can help to arrange this for you. Most STIs can be cured with the right medication. For certain STIs, we can refer you to a specialist for ongoing support.
