This is the time between potential exposure to infection and when an infection can accurately be detected. If you test before this time has elapsed, it may affect the accuracy of your results. Please ensure the incubation period has passed before the date of your Better2Know STI test. The time window varies depending on the infection(s) you are testing for.
This is the usual time we expect results to be ready once your samples have been received in the testing laboratory.
