How do I know if I have an STI? What are the symptoms?
Most STIs do not have any symptoms to start with. When symptoms do occur, they can vary by infection and by person. It is important to get tested. Please click on an individual infection information page above for a description of symptoms associate with a given infection.

This varies by the tests you choose, but is within 1-5 days from when the sample is received in the laboratory,
