A simple blood and urine sample is required for this screen. No painful or embarrassing swabs need to be taken. There is no need to fast before this test or any other Better2Know test. You will need to make sure you can produce a urine sample during your appointment.
How will I get my results?
As soon as your results are available from our laboratory, they will be displayed in your secure online Patient Area. You can access this area at any time through the Better2Know website. We will notify you when all your results are ready to view by email or SMS.
This online service also gives you access to our STI factsheets and our anonymous Partner Notification System if you test positive. Simply log in with the patient login details that will be provided by your Better2Know advisor upon confirming your private appointment.
What if I test positive?
Do not worry. Most STIs can be cured with the right medication. We will help you access treatment quickly and discreetly. We can help you to speak to a doctor if you would like.
